Wedding

wow it has been so long since i have posted. well in that time pbreriod i broke up with skyler, moved home, met brett and married brett. he is amazing. i love him so much. we were married june fifth two thousand ten. it was the most amazing wedding i have ever attended. we were married in blanding at the stake center in a garden ceremony. we will be sealed next june, we were unable to go due to my cancellation from mike not going through in time. however we are preparing for next year. we are so excited to be sealed. well he has two little boys, they are a handful but i love them so much. they live with us full time and we are hoping to be able to seal them to us as well. i am happier than i have ever been and cant hardly believe i finally found my happiness. by the way i am writing this from my phone and it wont let me do capital letters or any punctuation. sorry. lol

Life, crazy as it is, is still... Life.

So... trying to buy a house, or find a house to rent is aggrivating when you have dogs. Yes that is multiple, as in 3. So that has been an adventure. Relationships whether it be love, friendship or family is difficult. Mostly worth it, but try as you may, still hard. It is a battle you will have to work at everyday. I am still trying to figure my life out and I am not getting any younger, dangit! For those of you who have followed my blog, I removed the proposal pics because I am no longer getting married. So as you can tell... life, crazy as it is, is still... Life.

Harlee's attack

Look at my poor baby. Emilee and Nicks dog Onyx attacked him randomly today. I feel so bad for him, but he has been such a good boy through all this. He is very scared, but he has just been lying around and trying to stay calm. I am so proud that he has been so good. He has one staple below his jaw on the right side, and five staples next to his left shoulder blade. I'll try to keep you updated.

I guess it has been a while since I have posted anything. So I will try to update my blog. I just recently went to see my parents for fathers day. It was a very fast trip, I arrived in Blanding at 3:30 on Saturday afternoon, and left Blanding at 7:30 Sunday evening. It was me, Emilee, and our cousin Cassidee. She hasn't been to Blanding in almost 15 years, so she figured it was about time to go see the Grandparents. It was good, because she was able to see quite a few family members that she hadn't seen for many years. She almost doesn't remember anyone. It was good to see everyone.

Other than that, I am looking into buying a house. I have been looking for a place to live since January, but it is very difficult when you have a dog, especially when you have 3. So, lately I have been thinking about buying. I am not sure if it will work out, but it never hurts to look. I just hope that things work out for the best. I just recently was promoted to assistant manager at my work. I am working for a company called Sound Security, we install alarm systems. I work in the customer service department, and will be putting together the schedule for the CS department, the sales department and the tech service department. I am excited about this opportunity. I have been waiting for this chance for quite some time now.

Life

I just wanted to update everyone on what has been going on in my life. I am going to be moving, hopefully into a friends condo, soon. That will fix so many problems. My landlord wants us to get rid of at least one of our beloved dogs, therefore we are moving out anyway. So this will save us from having to put a deposit on a place and we will have more time to look for a place with a yard for the pups. We are also going to look at new furniture. We found a great deal on a whole set, a couch, love seat, chair and ottoman all matching and in microfiber. Crazy enough, as I was typing this, I went and purchased the set. Yay! I am excited to have a good set of couches. It will definitely add to my house. Skyler and I picked them out together, so hopefully we will move forward and get married in the near (6 to 9 months) future. That would be great. I just hope that we can continue to get along as well as we have been. I want to wish everyone a Great day and I will catch you up a little later. :)

Work

I forgot to keep you posted. The girl that was doing the schedule actually quit because management sat her down to talk to her about it. She said that there were specific reasons that she cut my hours, but they were bogus, I had four witnesses stating that she bragged to them about cutting my hours on purpose. So they took her off scheduling and she ended up quitting, no two week notice or anything, just flat out quit. She told them that she didn't want anyone to think that she was quitting because she felt guilty for cutting my hours, funny cuz why would you even bring that up if that wasn't the reason? Anyway, she is gone for good, I don't have to deal with her anymore. YAY!!!

Tired

So, I just want to say how tired I am today. Tired as in sleepy, tired as in tired of fighting about stupid things, tired of stupid people. Just plain tired. I wish sometimes that I was more appreciated. I think that I am a fairly good person, and that I usually have the best intentions, I realize that I am not perfect, however, I know that I am not a horrible person. Yet some people like to make me out to look like a horrible person. So I am tired of that also. I really hope that someday Skyler will realize that I am amazing and treat me as so. Cuz right now, it is very frustrating the way he is acting towards me. Either that, or I hope that some day I can find a guy who will love me, and cherish me forever. Every girl deserves to have that. I just haven't really found it yet. I have had a lot of almosts, but haven't landed that great person for me yet.

Work Politics.

So I came to work and found that my hours have been cut. Not because I am a bad worker, not because I haven't been doing my job, not because of being overstaffed or anything of the sorts. Because the girl that takes care of the schedule doens't like me. How rediculous is that. The funny thing is we used to be friends till one day I was frustrated with her because we go to school together and she didn't want to do her dishes and I told her that she shouldn't leave them for other people to do, so I told a mutual friend of ours that I was a bit frustrated, and now she has vowed revenge. She has formed a group at work to try and get me fired. I am not just assuming things either, I have been informed from a few people at work. Even my boss has noticed that something is off. My boss told me tonight though, that he wants to get someone else to take care of the schedule because she isn't being fair, she is playing favorites. But most of the people that are working here have a set schedule that they went over with the bosses. So at least my boss is noticing something is up. Anyway, I am hoping actually to be changing positions at work and not have to work with her any more. It would be great. So I will find out tomorrow if I get the new position. I'll keep you updated.

Relationships

Well it has almost been a year since Skyler and I started dating. The second longest relationship I have ever had. We, like any other couple have our differences, however for the most part we get along great. Right now we are just working on learning all we can about each other and ourselves. We are also working on our communication skills as a couple when we are in a fight. So far we have succeeded. I am so grateful for the past relationships that have helped me figure out things for this relationship. Skyler is a wonderful person and I am very happy to have him in my life. I think that we would not have been able to work things out with each other, however, had it not been for those past relationships. So I would like to say thank you to the guys I have dated and the girls Sky has dated for helping us know how to work things out with each other. :)

Wow, it's been a while.

Well, I guess it is about time I let everyone know what is going on in my life. I have been quite busy, working two jobs and now going to school also. I rarely have time for anything. Skyler and I broke up a few months ago, but it was really for the best. However, we are still dating and doing better now that we aren't termed "boy/girlfriend". It has brought us closer together, we both needed to work on some things and this has given us that chance. It helped me realize that I really need to go back to school already and quit fooling around. I am very greatful for that. It has helped him look at his life and re-evaluate things, now he is looking at what he wants to do when he "grows-up". We are much stronger as a couple now. We are hoping that this will help the relationship in the long run, and that we will be better able to work through our difficult situations. It has kinda forced me to look at the relationship and decide if I really want to be with him, and I am 99.99% sure I do. I am just not ready to give him my whole heart.

Well that pretty much sums things up. I don't know if I posted a while ago that I got a new car, if I didn't, I bought a 2005 Honda Civic two door coupe. I love it. It is a 5 speed and I promised myself that I would never buy another automatic, so it was perfect. And... I did it all on my own, no help from mommy and daddy. That made me feel like I was actually doing great things and that I am worth something. Have a great week and I will hopefully not let another two months go by.

Life

Well, I thought that I'd write about what has been going on. Even though I'm pretty sure that noone ever reads this anymore. I went to Disney World a few weeks ago, it was amazing. I want to go back as soon as possible. I am going to be going to Disney Land in August, with Skyler and his family. I'm super excited about that. Skyler and I are doing great. His birthday was on the 22nd of June and we went to the Three Days Grace concert. We are also going to Kenny Chesney on Thursday the 28th. Then I think we are going to go to Warp Tour on the 7th of July. I took my mom and Emilee to Les Miserables on Wednesday June 20th. It was outstanding. Even Em loved it. Harlee was gone for a few days and I was super sad and lonely, but he is back and I am really happy to have him home. There are these two sisters of a friend of Emilee's who like to take care of him over night when I'm not home, but this time they had him for 3 nights. I'm glad he has somewhere to go though. Well Lindsay and I aren't friends anymore, I'm super sad about that. But what can ya do? Well as for now that sums up my life. Oh by the way, Skyler is AMAZING!!! :)

The meaning of bieng Single

So I realized I may never know the meaning of being single. Justin and I broke up a little over a month ago and I already have a new boyfriend. However, we have been hanging out since before Justin and I got together, it just wasn't the right timing. So now Skyler and I are officially a couple. He had been asking me for quite some time to be his girlfriend, but I was so done with trying to be a good girlfriend and being treated like crap back that I was scared. I decided to just be single for a long time, but Skyler is great and he doesn't put on a front to try to impress me, which in the end actually impresses me more. He is a Soccer player, which is funny cuz I have always wanted to date a soccer player. He has strawberry blonde hair, green eyes, cute freckles, and he is a big dork (one of my favorite things about him). He lives in Benjamin, which is between Spanish Fork and Payson. That sucks cuz we have to travel 27 miles one way to be able to see each other. But he is GREAT. We are taking things slow and just having fun learning about one another. I am happy. :)

So funny story about Justin. He had some stuff of mine and I called him to get it back, he blew me off for a few days then finally called me yesterday. So I went to his house to get my stuff and when I pulled up I saw him dash accross the living room. So I knocked on the door and his parents brought me my stuff, and on the couch was what I am guessing is his new girlfriend, chubby, blonde and not too cute. So I asked his mom if he was home and she lied and said that he wasn't, yeah cuz I didn't see him run from the living room to the kitchen two seconds ago, but whatever. I thought it was funny, Skyler and I had a pretty good laugh about it. Well That's my story, have a wonderful week, since I seem to never write in this anymore.

Not much

Wow, it has been a while. Well for those of you who don't already know, I broke up with Justin the day after Easter. So now I am single, and actually loving it. This week I have had 3 dates. Monday I went out with Skyler, we ate at Pizza Factory then went bowling. We had a blast. Last night (Thursday) I went to dinner with Derek, then watched a movie. Tonight I am actually going out with Justin. I think he is taking me to dinner and a movie. He wants to see Wild Hogs, so I am pretty sure that is what we will watch.
Work is going great. I love it at Kid to Kid. We finally hired a new girl for the night time, she seems to be a good worker, so now I can buy more on a full time basis.
Other than that not much is going on in my life, just workin like crazy and looking forward to the end of May beginning of June. Disney World Baby!!!! Have a great weekend everyone. Love ya!

Easter

This weekend I had the privilage to travel to Blanding to visit my parents. I left Friday night around 9:30 from Springville. I travelled to Price following my good friend Derek. By the time I hit Price, I was so exhausted that I could barely keep my eyes open. Well Derek was going to Emry County, which is about 35 min west of Price. I was just going to try to make it to Moab, but Derek suggested I go to Emry with him. So I followed him, and we stayed the night at his Aunt and Uncle's house. The next morning we woke up, I was just going to go straight home, but Derek said he wanted to show me around, and then I asked him to take me on a dirt bike ride. So we went up to the Mountain, I met his dad and girlfriend, his mom's dad, and his dad's dad. We went on about a 15 min ride, then loaded the motorcycle and he took me back down to my car. I then travelled to Blanding. When I arrived, my mom was still at work at the Visitor's Center, so I stayed there with her till she was done. I then spoke on the phone with Justin, (who was at the Sand Dunes) for about 30 min. Then I went and met my good friend Zac's girlfriend and visited with them for a bit, then went home. I ate some frogeye salad (my mom makes the best and she made it specially for me), talked to my mom for a while then went to sleep. I slept in till 10:30 that morning, woke up, showered and got ready for Church. I had a headache so I only went to sacrament. After church we had a yummy dinner, prepared by my mom, then went out to west water (where my dad is digging a new ruin) hiked to the ruin and my dad showed us around. It was so much fun. It was such a great weekend. Now back to reality. Hope everyone had a great weekend, and a great Easter. Love ya.

Disney World... YAY!

It is official, I am going to Disney World. We fly out of Salt Lake at 7 am on May 30th. We will return on June 7th. I am so excited!!! The family I am going with will be so much fun. They have been several times, therefore they know where to go and what to do. We will have a five or seven day hopper pass, which will get us into all the parks. If your not familiar with Disney World (like I was not), they have several parks there. Epcot, The Animal Kingdom, The Magic Kingdom (which is similar to Disney Land), Universal Studios, and a few water parks. We are staying in their condo, so I don't have to worry about cost of a hotel. They have a washer and dryer so I don't have to pack too much. If you ever get the chance to experience either Disney Land, or Disney World, I recommend you go with people who have been several times, I have found with both my trips that it makes the experience that much more fun! Not that I have the alternative to compare it to, but I still think that it is a good idea.

I guess I should tell you a little about what else has been going on... Justin and I haven't exactally been doing great, but we talked about it yesterday and we figured it all out and we are much better now. I have been juggling buying and being a sales rep for Kid to Kid the last few weeks. When they hire new people, I will be moved just to buyer. I am so excited. We move into our new bulding in May, I saw it yesterday and it is so awesome. It will help out the business a ton. Well, have a wonderful day. :)

It's been a while

I finally got a new phone! YAY!! I went with the Cherry Chocolate. So far I really like it. I have only downloaded one ringtone so far, "Blue and Yellow" by "The Used". I have V-cast but I don't have a way to get songs on my phone, so that stinks, but I'll get over it. Anyway I am super stoked about it. I also finally found out the name of a song I have been looking for for the past few days. It is "Paralyzed" by "Finger Eleven". You can listen to it on my tracks, great beat. I officially had the worst Migraine ever the last few days. I have never been so sick with a migraine before. Now I almost realize what my mom goes through with her migraines. Not fun. Because of it, I missed one and a half days of work at Climate Dr. It's a good thing that I have a boss that understands. Well I feel lots better today and I am back at work.
My newest exciting news is that I am being trained as a buyer at Kid to Kid. That means that rather than tagging and hanging the clothes, I go through and decide what we are going to buy and for how much. I am super excited, I have been asking Scott to make me a buyer for months now. But luckily Trish see's my potential and now that she took over she is willing to give me a chance. I hope that I can show her everything I have to offer and make it worth her while. Other than that, nothing too exciting. Justin and I are doing great, he has really been great to me this month, which is hard seeming how March isn't exactly my month. I, unfortunately, haven't been the best girlfriend these past few weeks. But Justin has just been awesome. Friday he came over to hang out and waited till I got off work at 8:30, then just did what I wanted to do the rest of the night. We played playstation. Then Saturday he came to visit me at work and brought me a single orange/pinkish rose (my fav). He is so sweet. He even went to sacrament with me on Sunday. What a great guy. Stupid Phone

My phone officially died yesterday. So I decided to get a new phone, I went down to Provo (my friend Jake works at a Verizon store down there) and started picking out my new phone. Meanwhile Jake looked up my information, and saw that I am not due for an upgrade till next week. Unfortunately he cannot override the system and give me my update early, therefore I won't get a new phone till next week, unless I want to pay full price. So they gave me a loaner phone and the backlight on the screen doesn't work, so I have a phone, I just can't see to text or to look up numbers. It is quite aggrivating. Anyway, I think that I have decided on a Krazr, I just don't know what color I want. I can get the red one, or the white one. Still debating. Anyway, Cell Phones are STUPID!!!!!

March 12 List

Today I would have been married for 5 years.
That kinda makes me sad.
I get a new phone on the 21st.
I am trying to decide between a red Krazr and a pink Chocolate.
I need a vacation.
I am going to St. George on the 31st.
I get to see Mikala and meet her husband.
She will also meet Justin.
It has been 70 days since Justin and I made it official.
I am listening to "What a Beautiful Day" by Chris Cagle, it talks about what happened everyday since he met her. (in case you were wondering about the 70 days.)
I got to see Linz and Lex today.
That made me happy! :)
I need to do my Taxes.
I am a procrastinator.
I hate that about myself.

I am excited for Jon to get married.
He is going to Cali this week to meet her Grandma.
I wish I could go.
This weekend I was invited to go to Disney World with Alyssa (I work with her at Kid to Kid).
We are not sure if we are going yet.
I really hope we do.
I have never been to Disney World.
I have only been to Disney Land once.
I am not excited about this work week.
I hope that we hire some new people soon at Kid to Kid.
I spent the weekend with Justin. It was nice.
I was supposed to go to Vegas this last weekend to attend the Nascar races.
I missed going cuz I broke up with DJ.

Weekend

This weekend I had the privilage to attend a wedding reception for Shareena Taylor. Roy and EvaSue Taylors daughter. It was so much fun to see them all. EvaSue just looks as beautiful as ever. Roy, well hasn't changed too much, he is still as great as ever. Shareena looked so happy and beautiful. And Alayna grew up, wow, she is so beautiful.

I wasn't aware that the time change was yesterday, so I went to church an hour late. I peeked in the Chapel and didn't recognize anyone. I text Jon and figured out they were already in Sunday School. So then I found my Bishop and he told me that it was daylight savings. Yeah I felt pretty stupid. At least I made it.
